Delete your account

You can delete your NapGarage account yourself at any time:

• In the app: Account → Danger zone → Delete account.
• On the website: sign in, open Your account → Danger zone, then Delete my account.
• Can’t sign in? Email hello@napgarage.com from the address on your account and we’ll delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in, name, email, phone and profile photo.
• Your saved facilities, notification settings and registered phones.
• Your access to any facility software (NapGarage Pro).

What’s kept

• Storage facilities keep their own records of your storage (vehicles, inspection reports, invoices and payments) for their business and taxes; they’re no longer linked to a login. Ask the facility if you want those removed.
• Payment records we must keep by law, and security logs for up to 90 days.

If you own a facility on NapGarage, make someone else an owner (or ask us to close the facility) first.
