Terms of use

These terms cover your use of napgarage.com and the NapGarage and NapGarage Pro apps (together, “NapGarage”), run by NapGarage LLC. By using NapGarage you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

What NapGarage is

NapGarage helps people find storage for their vehicles and helps storage facilities run their business. We aren’t a storage facility and aren’t a party to your agreement with one. Storage, services, prices, access and care of your vehicle are between you and the facility, under the facility’s own terms.

Listings

Listings are built from facilities’ public information and may be incomplete or out of date until the facility claims and updates its listing. Check the details with the facility before you book. Reviews and ratings shown from Google belong to Google and their authors.

Your account

• Give accurate information and keep access to your email address secure; sign-in codes and links go there.
• You’re responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think it was misused.
• You can delete your account at any time (how). We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

Payments

Payments to facilities are processed by Stripe on the facility’s behalf and are subject to Stripe’s terms. Refunds and billing questions go to the facility first; we’ll help where we can.

Facilities using NapGarage

Facilities that claim a listing or use NapGarage Pro also agree to the separate service terms and fees we share with them when they sign up, and confirm they’re allowed to act for the business.

Acceptable use

• No false listings, reviews, quote requests or claims.
• No scraping, overloading or breaking NapGarage, or getting around its security.
• No unlawful, harmful or infringing content, and nothing that invades anyone’s privacy.

Disclaimers and limits

NapGarage is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything that happens to a vehicle in a facility’s care. Our total liability for any claim about NapGarage is limited to the greater of $100 or what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date; continuing to use NapGarage means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Questions: hello@napgarage.com.
